|Recommended: YesBest value around — It’s a decent place to live. Close to grocery store and convenient stores too. After 9 years of residency, it stays fairly quiet minus a few bad apples just like any other apartments 🙂. Nice storage unit and great pool. Fast maintenance and cool fun activities for the kids and adults holiday window decorating during the Christmas holiday.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — great care is taken in outside and inside maintenance. staff always available, maintenance upkeeps constantly and explains required diligence. terribly great location, and during COVID housekeeping always keeps place very very clean. friendly people. especially great to have FITWORKS privleges- the best gym around. Park nearby for exercise and stores nearby as well as all major freeways within easy reach.

|Recommended: YesGreat value — Great value - I work for Keybank at the Tiedeman office and love the convenience to the office. The units are functional and landscaping is always up to date. Love being next to a park. In addition, friendly helpful staff

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments — The leasing office staff are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking. The apartments are clean and well kept. The A C units work wonderfully. The noise levels are very low and you can almost barely hear any neighbors at all. Everything is great and the price is affordable.
Great access to the highway and all the different types of stores and food you can want within a short distance.

|Recommended: YesGreat location with easy access to parks, 480, and grocery stores. — For the most part it is quiet and has good access to the nearby metro park and many stores. Grounds are well kept and neighbors are friendly. The walls are a bit thin, so sometimes you hear your direct neighbors. We were told that the building we have our unit in was non-smoking, however this does not apply to units - only hallways. Venting in buildings is very subpar, so our non-smoking' unit now constantly smells like smoke. We have always had nice interactions with staff except for the smoking issue- they were significantly unhelpful and only offered half-solutions at our expense and did not apologize for misleading us. Ultimately, a nice and affordable apartment, but with some major things to be aware of before signing.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We appreciate your feedback. In regards to smoking, the property is in accordance with the state ordinance. This allows residents to smoke inside their apartment but not in the hallways or any common areas and they also cannot smoke within 25 feet of the entrance to the building. We can contact residents that smoke in their apartment and ask them to take certain actions to minimize the odor traveling to other apartments but they are not breaking community rules by doing so, so it can be a hard issue to resolve and make all parties happy. Please contact our office with any complaints and we will do our best to assist you and look for a solution.
|Recommended: YesOverall EXP. — Very well maintained grounds and facilities. The office staff and maintenance staff are all so polite and diligent in their work. Some appliances like the stoves are out of date but that is small compared to the overall experience I have had for the last 8 years.

|Recommended: YesQuality living at an affordable price — I enjoy the quality of living here with several stores and restaurants located close to where I live. The people are friendly and pretty much keep to themselves. The landscaping is well kept and clean. I've only called for maintenance once and the problem was resolved quickly. I would recommend Westview Acres to anyone who wants to live in a pleasant place.

|Recommended: YesI have been here seven years and have enjoyed every year of it. — This is a privately owned by one family apartment complex. They take great pride in trying to fulfill all of their renter's request. The maintenance department is exceptional with constantly on going construction to keep the grounds and buildings in good working order.

|Recommended: YesNice place — I felt comfortable living here on my own. Office staff members are prompt and helpful. Maintenence crew are all so nice and make friendly convo. A little overpriced for a 1BR in Parma but I appreciated that they allowed pets. Neighbors were just OK. Parking lot spaces are tight. Suggest parking AWAY from others as I now have some scratches on my car. Would recommend to others 8 10.
