|Recommended: YesAwesome place to live — We have only been here for almost a month and the respect and service provided is like none other. The owners really care about there tenants. Maintenance comes when needed and the staff is always ready and happy to help.

|Recommended: YesLandscaping location ✨ — Love how close to Gas stations, Sam’s club , walmart , and other major restaurants businesses aldo security cameras for extra safety, key fob entry, grounds are 100 kept up to par, great place to leave for the price , Aldo Luxor box for packages is a , close to great big creek walking trail, close access to major highways, best apartments

|Recommended: YesNear the Park — Built solid as a bunker. Hard to know you have neighbors. Walls let heat or cold build up and linger. Maintenance there for you. Has no party or work out room on property. Feels like you live in Metropark

She guided me through every step, going above and beyond even accompanying me to resolve issues with purchasing a laundry card. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a residence. My apartment is delightful, offering a comfortable and cozy atmosphere, conveniently located near my kids. The added bonus of having the Metro-parks right in front of my building enhances the overall experience. The morning view is truly breathtaking. Once again, Amanda, your outstanding assistance merits a commendation and perhaps even a raise.

|Recommended: YesNoisy Neighbors — My only real complaint is some of my neighbors are sometimes very loud, one in particular somewhere above me will yell very loudly for long periods of time in some other language not sure what language it is even but it is very annoying to come home from a long day at work and just hear constant yelling.
