|Recommended: YesNot Bad — Occasionally I'll have trouble parking in the nearest lot, but can easily find parking elsewhere. Would love it here if my neighbors weren't the loudest people on earth who do nothing but smoke weed.

Grounds kept clean, maintenance done promptly, halls cleaned laundry room , Snow removal, pool, park, freeway close, shopping close....Above all the owners care Been here about 30 years, and NO issues. If I do have an issue, I would notify Mgmt. and they handle things in a timely fashion.

|Recommended: YesWonderful place to call home. — This is my second time living at Westview Acres and I am currently on my 2nd year in my current apartment. I love it here. The office staff, maintenance, and neighbors have always been wonderful and so friendly. The office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and whenever I've had a maintenance call, they are always very nice and get everything done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

The staff is remarkable. I cant speak any higher of all the staff ive come across. Specifically Carrie and Nino the maintenace guy. Top notch is an understatement
The location is great. The wifi is a great perk. Overall decent value. The residents are all friendly and go out of their way to say hi.
The overall noise in the apartment is why higher than others ive lived at though. We are all adults and shouldnt be westviews responsibity to baby sit. Staff did try to help me out and was a temporary fix, but too many times in my particular unit you are hearing noises that could be avoided if residents used common courtesy imo. Plus, the daily rattling noise from heater water situation is rough on me cause i dont own a tv to drown that noise out. Again, i like the residents and staff, but thats my honest opinion. It would also be hard to reccomend confidently to a friend because of this. Personally With that said ill likely be renewing my lease as i value the staff maintenance, location and dont want to move again. Its not perfect, but i truly have appreciated the attention the staff has showed me with any concerns
