|Recommended: YesOverall a great place to stay — I love living here. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood, most people are friendly when we pass by one another. Neighbors are pretty quiet and respectful. A great place for a single person or couple to stay during life transitions

|Recommended: YesGreat place... — For the location....rent could be a lot hire. But property management have taken steps to keep rent reasonable. Anytime I have a filled a request for maintenance it is always completed within a timely manner. Often times within the same day of the request.
