|Recommended: YesGreat value and nice location. — Park-like setting and quiet. Buildings have been well maintained considering their age. Staff are all well prepared and friendly. Parking can become a problem later in the day.

|Recommended: YesHomey — It’s incredible how quickly westview acres truly started to feel like home. The only real issue I’ve come across has been being able to find parking spots, and also the fact that not all bedrooms have an air conditioning unit. But other than that everything has been pretty wonderful.

We are working on clearing up the lots of at least any illegally parked or inoperable vehicles so there is ample space for all other authorized resident vehicles. |Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I've only been here a couple months so far, and I already love it here. All of my neighbors and all of the staff is so nice, maintenance gets your issues fixed promptly, and they even do little extra things every now and then to show their appreciation like have a food truck come and provide free food to all of the residents. The grounds are always kept very clean and presentable looking. I love that there is a pool. open during the summer months. Rent isn't too bad in comparison to other places in the area. 10 10 recommend moving here

|Recommended: YesBest in Parma — All things considered - location, property age, cost of rent - Westview is an excellent apartment complex. Staff is very conscientious with regards to leasing only to people who are qualified. Apartments are clean grounds are well-kept and there are many nearby amenities.

The two ac units are amazing, especially with being on the top floor.
There's no bedroom closet, however I have extra storage space and a storage closet down stairs
