|Recommended: YesNice place — I felt comfortable living here on my own. Office staff members are prompt and helpful. Maintenence crew are all so nice and make friendly convo. A little overpriced for a 1BR in Parma but I appreciated that they allowed pets. Neighbors were just OK. Parking lot spaces are tight. Suggest parking AWAY from others as I now have some scratches on my car. Would recommend to others 8 10.

|Recommended: YesNeed better landscapers and the hall carpets are dirty , need more than 1 washer and 1 dryer . wish the pool was open and if it does the pool fee should be added to the rent ,also needed better pool staff. — if they were looking for a tiny apartment this would be the place.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — That the staff and the maintenance staff are very knowledgeable and helpful when a problem a rises. They keep the property clean and make sure you are notified of any changes. They try to make sure that you feel at home and if you have a question on anything they get back to you promptly. They have a nice apartment community and make you feel welcomed with pool parties and picnics

|Recommended: YesNice place to live. — I love to see the deer every day and waking up to the birds singing so the area here in Parma is a plus. The office staff are pleasant and professional. The maintenance crew is top notch. My 2 kitties love watching the birds in the large windows, which I love as well. I get a great cross breeze in my corner. The only thing I miss is a closet in my one BR. I wish the pool could open too but I understand the reasoning.

|Recommended: YesBest apartments — I love how reasonably priced they are , there super nice even with the most ridiculous questions haha , I can’t wait to renew my lease 2 people I know already have moved into westview acres and they love it.
